Hello friends, today weather was so mesmerising so I decided to make mumbai bhelpuri with garama garam tea. This street side recipe can easily be made at home in minutes. A mix of  rice puffs or murmura, finely chopped vegetable and sweet and spicy chuteny makes bhel. plus, we add some sev and coriander leaves to it to complete it.  This recipe is for geela or wet bhel as it has all the chutenies in it. The other recipe is that of sukha or dry bhel. It has all the veggies and murmura with sev but no chutenies. This is perfect as a quick snack with chai.

Hi friends today I steamed rava idli with coconut chutney. It is generally a south Indian dish. They basically use rice and urad dal but I have to make it quick so I decided to cook it with rava .I soaked 250gm of rava with half bowl of curd and left it for 1 hour then used 1/4 th spoon of Eno and salt according to taste then steamed in idli pot. I used grated coconut for making chutney .first I put some curd in grated coconut ,1 green chilli, salt and black pepper then grind it.its time to make tadka of it. Put some oil in pan then put some mustard seeds and curry leaves saute it for some time. Now put mixture of coconut in it and stir it .  Now the delicious chuteny is ready to serve with soft and fluffy idli. This dish is very light and healthy we can have it as a breakfast.

Friends Kanji is a probiotic drink made generally in northern Indian states. Being a probiotic drink it is extremely good for the gut and  improves digestion. Traditionally Kanji recipe is made with black carrots. I do not get black carrots and I make this healthy drink with red carrots.          Kanji is spiced with ground mustard seeds, red chilli powder and black salts or salts. The carrots , spices, seasonings are mixed with some boiled cooled water and kept to ferment for a few days.         The entire drink with it's ingredients is filled in a glass or ceramic jar. These jars are kept in the sunlight and the drink is allowed to ferment for 2 to 3 to 4 days.          Kanji is served as an apptiser drink. It has a sour, spicy and pungent taste.
